When should I expect my product?

All orders are shipped via Australia Post within 1 business day of order confirmation. Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days but may take longer for regional shipments.

My tracking code doesn’t work?

Sometimes it takes a 24-48 hrs for the carrier to activate the code. If you haven’t received code by them pleases contact us at hello@nimiceco.com.au and we’ll chase them up for you.

Where are your products made?

Our products are ethically manufactured in China, using ingredients sourced all over the world. Our 100% home compostable packaging and the tablets are presently manufactured in China.

What are your bottles made out of?

Our bottles are designed only with 100% recyclable materials PET. Which means it can be used over and over. Bottle-to-bottle packaging means more sustainable and no-waste.

We have chosen to keep away from glass, as these bottles are heavier, can break in transit and increase fuel emissions.

We have engineered our products so you will love a cleaner alternative cleaning routine, however if you don't. We offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.

If you have purchased our products from www.nimiceco.com.au then we'll give you a full refund if you're not satisfied.

If you haven't fallen in love with them then we want to know why. So email us at hello@nimiceco.com.au.

We'll process a full refund to the original payment method, and since we would like no waste, we would love for you to return all bottles and unused product via registered post (at your expense) so we can recycle.

We don't process your refund until we have received your bottles and only accept refund requests within 45 days of delivery.
